Payment in full is due at time of booking & confirms your outing.

Discounts on future bookings: After your 1st booking this season all other bookings that season are discounted 15% AND your 1st booking the following year is 10% off.

Cancellations by Captain, Crew or company are 100% refunded immediately with our apologies. Passing showers/squalls are common in the Finger Lakes. It’s a long lake & we do our best to avoid the temporary rain drops. We never sail in unsafe conditions. In those events, we prioritize rebooking the outing in a manner that meets your needs – or refund immediately, your choice. If we are unable to rebook that time we happily refund 100% to you. We check weather 13 and 3 hours prior.

Cancellations by Guests welcome for a 100% refund up to 7 days (to the hour) prior for scheduled CHARTERS and 2 days (to the hour) for TOURS or in that window we work with you to rebook a new date this same season. Within the 7 day | 2 day prior window we are happy to zealously work to make changes to a new outing option. We are very flexible. Reach out asap. All bookings are transferable to other parties.
